Mexican Corn Bread Recipe
1 8 oz pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 cup Progresso or store bought Salsa
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package
directions. Grease 8" square baking pan. Pour half the batter in
pan. Spread salsa and cheese on top. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake
for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
