Mini Tacos Recipe
24 wonton wrappers
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 cup Progresso Tamale or store bought salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Press wonton wrappers into mini-muffin cups. Brown beef in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and tabasco. Spoon beef mixture into wonton cups. Top with salsa and cheese. Bake 8 minutes or until wontons are golden brown. Serve piping hot with additional salsa. Garnish with sliced ripe olives, guacamole, or sour cream.
