Guacamole Recipe
8 Hass avocados
4 ripe plum tomatos, diced
juice of 2-3 small limes
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
3 jalapeños (with seeds), minced
salt
cilantro (optional)
tortilla chips
Cut avocados in half. Remove pit. Scoop flesh into a large bowl. Coarsely mash using a large fork or potato masher. Dice tomatos and add to bowl. Finely chop jalapeños and garlic and add to bowl. Add lime juice to taste. Add salt and cilantro to taste. Mix well. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with cilantro sprigs. Serve with tortilla chips.
