Creamy Salsa Dip Recipe
2 8 oz. pkgs. softened cream cheese, cubed
1 large avocado, cut into cubes
1 3/4 cups Progresso Tamale mild or hot salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced ripe pitted olives
1/2 cup sliced green onion
tortilla chips, crackers, vegetables
Sprinkle cheese cubes in bottom of a 10-inch round baking dish. Top with avocado cubes. Pour salsa over all. Sprinkle on cheese, then olives and green onions. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve piping hot with tortilla chips, crackers, and dipping vegetables.
