Avocado Corn Salsa Recipe
2 cups corn
3 ripe avocados, diced large
1 onion, diced small
1 red bell pepper, diced small
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 drops of tabasco sauce
1/8 cup chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs Mexican oregano
1 Tbs ground cumin
1 Tsp chili powder
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tortilla chips, crackers
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
